Some lives leave a mark on our hearts that time can never erase. 💛🎗️
Our beautiful Malia was just 14 years old when she passed away in June 2023. Throughout her life, she faced challenges no child should ever have to endure, yet she continued to show us what true courage, determination, and kindness looked like.
Malia had a way of inspiring the people around her, often thinking of others even while facing her own battles.
One of those people was our dear friend, Eric Jackson of Best Not Broken, who wrote and recorded “I've Got This,” a beautiful song inspired by Malia's life, strength, and selfless spirit.
We are incredibly grateful to Eric for honoring Malia in such a meaningful way.
Recently, Malia's story and the inspiration behind the song were shared in a press release picked up by Google News. It means so much to our family to know that her story continues to reach new people and that her legacy continues to grow through For Kids’ Sake Foundation.
