Applicants must be have a high school diploma or GED, be 18 years or older and possess a drivers license or have the ability to obtain one while in the 8 week program. Unfortunately today's Success Ceremony, for our Illinois Works Pre-Apprenticeship program participants, had to be cancelled. Due to recent severe weather, widespread power outages, and downed trees throughout our area, we made the difficult decision to postpone today's Illinois Works Pre-Apprenticeship Success Ceremony.

Our thoughts are with everyone in our community affected by the storm, and we hope you and your loved ones are safe. We look forward to celebrating the hard work and accomplishment of our participants soon. Please stay tuned for details about a new date

YouthBuild McLean County will be closed August 11-23. Illinois Works Pre-Apprenticeship program participants will continue to meet this week.

Join us Tomorrow, August 10th to celebrate the accomplishments of our YouthBuild Graduates! The young people we will be celebrating have pushed through obstacles, overcome challenges and completed their high school requirements and earned their diploma!!!! Great things are ahead for each and every one of them.

Graduation ceremony will take place at 7:00 pm at the Illinois Wesleyan Hanson Center, located at 300 E. Beecher St in Bloomington.
