YBMC serves students 16-24 years old who reside within McLean County, IL.

YouthBuild will be closed June 19th in honor of Juneteenth and will remain closed through July 5 for YB students' and staff summer break.

Thanks to a generous community member, our needs are met! Thank you to all that responded with suggestions for stools. Our immediate needs have been met and we can comfortably accommodate our incoming cohort of participants for the Illinois Works Pre-Apprenticeship program at YouthBuild.

We need your help...We are bursting at the seams and need 4 more stools to accommodate our incoming cohort of construction students. The 24" metal stools match our current stools and are the perfect height and durability for our shop tables. If you or someone you know has stools like these collecting dust, would you consider donating them to YouthBuild?

Books to Benefit is having their Book Sale June 11-14. Great prices on gently used books with proceeds benefiting local literacy programs. Last year over $16,500 in Literacy Gifts went into the community from their semi annual sales.
