Hampton Roads Refugee Relief Supporting refugee families on their journey to become fully integrated in the community.

HR3 was founded on June 28, 2017 by Dr. Rabia Jafri, Roshanak Azad, Dr. Ajmal Sobhan, and many others, including active members of Peninsula Islamic Community Center. We provide many supportive services to help refugees adjust to their new home here in Hampton Roads. We do this through a variety of services including English language and citizenship preparation classes, health screenings, and assi

stance with identifying housing, transportation, cultural integration, and educational support opportunities with key community partners.
