Hey social media world, volunteers needed: due to changing work schedules and some injuries, our incredible Thursday truck unloading team can definitely use some extra help. We are usually there on Thursday mornings between 8 am and 11 am (it's a delivery window so sometimes earlier and sometimes later) This project involves serious, heavy lifting and bringing food downstairs with handtrucks. It is not exactly for everyone but please DM Pastor Joseph Mantovani or call if you are around at that time and want to check it out.

We completed our Saturday food distribution here in Elmhurst (and Woodside with Love, XYZ and St Jacobus Lutheran Church on Friday) Thank you to our awesome team of volunteers for coming out to help. The work of showing people God cares for them by caring for them and doing something about food insecurity in our neighborhood goes on. Join our diverse community as we help a diverse community on Saturday October 10th at 4808 91 st place in Elmhurst from 7:00 am to 10:00 am. (No holiday weekend for us)

Hey everyone, just a quick reminder that we are OPEN tomorrow (Saturday September 26th) 7 am for volunteers and 9 am for food distribution/ pick up. I am checking the weather reports and its supposed to be fine, okay, bad or horrible with rainfall anywhere between .05 inches and 11 feet and winds between 3 and 1177 mph. (Okay so I may have made up those high estimates). Whatever is going on people still need food. Be careful and travel safe if you come out
