Grace Place Salvation Army The Salvation Army of St. Croix County provides emergency assistance services.

Our goal is to promote self-sufficiency by providing a safe and secure environment giving individuals the opportunity to overcome unresolved issues. Through education, individuals are encouraged to be responsible for themselves and others. We provide the skills to make appropriate choices for a healthy value system creating strong families and safe communities. Upon departing from our programs we

want to ensure all clients are permanently housed and have a relapse prevention plan in place. By offering educational opportunities and access to all community assistance programs, we provide the tools for continued success. The Emergency Food Assistance Program (TEFAP) is a federally funded USDA food program, which is administered through the State of Wisconsin Department of Health Services and Grace Place is a recipient agency.

Grace Place is currently seeking families, church groups, businesses, and community organizations to help provide evening meals for our residents. We have 10 dinner slots still available this month and would greatly appreciate your support.

Providing a meal is simple:

* Prepare or donate food for approximately 50 residents
* Drop it off anytime during the day, and our staff will cook and serve it
* Or bring it at dinner time, and we will serve it directly to our residents

A donated meal makes a meaningful difference in the lives of those staying at Grace Place, and your generosity helps ensure that everyone has a warm, nourishing dinner.
