Sisters, let me speak to your hearts tonight. The Bible was written to lift you up, to make you feel seen, honored, and cherished. And if you look close, youโll see something that still breaks chains today. Jesus didnโt just notice women. He treated them like they were everything God said they were meant to be. Whole. Valued. Fearfully and wonderfully made.
Back then, the Pharisees, Sadducees, Jewish leaders, and the Romans tried to push Him down, tried to silence Him, and tried to control who got to be heard. But I believe deep down some men were especially offended by the way He treated women, because when you study the Bible and history back then you realize it challenged their authority and cultural norms. He didnโt look at us like property. He didnโt talk over us. He didnโt dismiss our pain. He healed us, taught us, and trusted us with truth. He let Mary Magdalene sit at His feet and learn. He let her run first with the good news. He let women follow Him from town to town, comforted them as they were weeping for Him as He carried the cross, and stood faithful for them when the world turned its back on them.
Do you feel that? That is love and honor in its deepest form. That is what God meant for us all along. Because in His eyes, we have worth beyond measure. We have voices, hearts, and lives that matter. And when we feel small, overlooked, or brokenโฆHe sees us. He knows us. He treasures us more than the world could ever understand.
Women wept. They loved Him. They followed Him. And they stayed. Because the perfect man, His Son, treated them the way God always intended women to be treated. Not as less, not as invisible, not as optional but as full daughters of the King. And that, sisters, is the kind of love that transforms a life. That heals shame. That makes us brave. It reminds us, every single day, we are seen, we are chosen, and we are loved.
So when the world tells you otherwise, look to Jesus. Watch how He looked at women. Listen to how He spoke to them. Feel how He loved them. And know, deep down in your bones, He is looking at you the same way. You are precious. You are whole. You are deeply loved. You are His.๐
