Feel Good Friday!!!!

Many of you may remember The Nibbler. We pulled this fella from a high kill shelter. He had horrible dental disease. He had cognitive changes. He was emaciated. With the help of Best Care Animal Hospital, we got The Nibbler in a healthier place. We worked so hard to find him the right landing place. We knew in our hearts this guy had plenty of life left in him, plenty of love to give, and so much joy to spread. On April 4th, I took this guy to meet Debra with Beagles and Friends Forever Rescue to find his finally landing spot. We are so happy to share his update. The Nibbler is doing Great! He recently had bloodwork done that looks amazing! He is doing exactly what we knew he would, share love, laughs and kisses (or nibbles 🥰). Thank you Debra and BFF Rescue for your love and commitment to this amazing pup.

Pupdate: Momma Reba is the most amazing mom. She is so great with her little ones. Little Bubba is so attached to her. Whenever he isn’t eating he’s snuggled up to Reva by her face. It’s quite adorable.
Thank you to everyone who has donated to these munchkins already. Special thank you to Randi from Gianni's Pizza for the delivery of a big bag of Blue Buffalo puppy and meatballs for Reba. She loves it! 💕🐾

The day has come!! Momma Reba had 3 adorable babies. 2 boys and a girl. Reba and her babies are with Best Care Animal Hospital getting their amazing care and support. Unfortunately she has one baby that wasn't developed, therefore not delivered. She may need surgery. Pray for our girl that some medicinal support will help her want to naturally release that pup.

We can use your support. We are updating our Amazon wishlist. We need some new items for the little ones. They may need bottle fed, etc if Reba needs surgery. Please donate on our website via PayPal. Please stop in the shelter and donate, or feel free to mail your support.

We hear people from time to time tell us that they don't feel we have a lot of dogs here up for adoption. That may be true. Not all the dogs we have are ready for adoption. There is so much happening behind the scenes that the public doesn't know about, Ms. Reba is a great example. We are waiting for a many to be spayed/neutered. We have several going through heartworm treatment, which is so time consuming for the dogs. Many of our kittens are waiting to be spayed/neutered. There is always plenty going on at the shelter. We don't want these loving souls to be here any longer than they have too!!

Hey slick, we have your face, your tshirt, your tattoo on your right calf, we see the smile on your face because you think your slick, for now we will save those pictures for the police. We will save the license plate for
them as well. Not only is it unsafe for the poor kittens you dumped, but it’s not legal. One was almost out of the box, ready to get hit in traffic.

Join us tonight at Rosie’s Tavern in New Port Richey for an event hosted by the Community Service Council of West Pasco, Inc. We had the pleasure of attending and speaking at their meeting last week. It’s an incredible group of people making a positive impact on their community.

This is a pet-friendly event, so feel free to bring your furry friend along. Don’t forget to bring a donation for the shelter and get a photo with your pet.

The event begins at 5:30 p.m. and will be held at Rosie’s Tavern, located at 5728 Main Street. We look forward to seeing you there!
