The New Jersey Department of Education is encouraging families, educators, students, school leaders, community members, taxpayers, and other stakeholders to participate in the remaining regional public forums through New Jersey’s School Funding Outreach Project.

Upcoming sessions will continue to offer a brief, plain‑language overview of New Jersey’s school funding system and provide opportunities for participants to share public comments. All feedback gathered across the forums and additional outreach activities will help inform ongoing modernization efforts.

New employees who do not yet hold a Standard certificate must be enrolled in the Provisional Teacher Program within 60 days of beginning employment. If you are not enrolled, you could be prevented from obtaining your standard certificate.

Check today and if you need assistance, contact your local president and/or your UniServ field rep.
