Neal Center The Neal Center is served by Care Connection for Aging Services, a non-profit Area Agency on Aging. We provide meals and services to older adults.

Care Connection is a non-profit area agency on aging serving 13 West Central Missouri counties, including Vernon County. Our vision is that people we serve will live with maximum independence, respect and dignity.

Although rare, men can get breast cancer, too. In fact, an estimated 2,670 men in the U.S. will be diagnosed with breast cancer this year, and 530 will die. Breast cancer in men is often diagnosed at later stages when it is harder to treat. That’s why it’s important to share the signs and symptoms of male breast cancer with the men in your life.
