It was wonderful to see so many Apple Hill alumni and friends (and new faces!) at concerts this weekend! AND a very special guest — the Apple Hill String Quartet commissioned composer for 2026, Cenovia Cummins! We are LOVING her String Quartet No. 1! Don’t miss your chance to hear it live!! See www.applehill.org for info re: more performances! 🎶🍁

Check out performances next weekend at Orchard Chapel in Hampton Falls, NH, hosted by the amazing Word Barn and Amherst, MA, at the fabulous Drake. AND the following weekend in Westmoreland and Lebanon, NH.

Just another day as a string quartet in New Hampshire! The Apple Hill String Quartet performs Pauline Oliveros with the incredible wind harp at peaceful Owen Farm. Many thanks to the farm for hosting us — and to Development Director Kristina Gulla for joining the Quartet (seen here with Mel, the cow!). Videos to come … 👀

A wonderful article about time at our Summer Chamber Music Workshop!

Vermont-based bassist Art DeQuasie was one of the inaugural recipients of an ACMP Scholarship this summer. Read about his experience at the Apple Hill Center for Chamber Music in August 2026.
