SDG&E offers several assistance programs to help customers reduce their energy costs and improve energy efficiency. The CARE program provides a 30% or more discount on monthly energy bills for eligible households. Applying is quick and easy, with no documentation required.

Citlalli, who goes by “Lalli,” is an HR Specialist and Recruiter who has been part of ECS for three years. In her role, she connects qualified candidates with ECS programs, helping to strengthen critical services that support our community.

Lalli embodies our core value of Belonging. She is dedicated to fostering a welcoming environment, actively serving on the BREES committee and ensuring that both employees and candidates feel supported.

Outside of ECS, Lalli is the proud owner of two cats, Gandolf and Smaug.

At Evening on the Bay, we had the opportunity to showcase our work in a new and meaningful way.

Through a series of program activation stations, we brought to life the work our staff carry out every day to make our mission possible. We were especially honored to welcome current and former clients (Alexander, Antonio, Jenifer, Linda, and Tyree) whose stories brought to life the real impact of these ECS programs.
