Meet Kim, who found the support to rebuild her life after her struggle with substance use disorder left her without stable housing, employment, or connection to her family.

Through the ECS Central East Regional Recovery Center (CERRC), Kim found the guidance and resources she needed to begin again, securing housing, returning to her career, and reconnecting with her loved ones.

Citlalli, who goes by “Lalli,” is an HR Specialist and Recruiter who has been part of ECS for three years. In her role, she connects qualified candidates with ECS programs, helping to strengthen critical services that support our community.

Lalli embodies our core value of Belonging. She is dedicated to fostering a welcoming environment, actively serving on the BREES committee and ensuring that both employees and candidates feel supported.

Outside of ECS, Lalli is the proud owner of two cats, Gandolf and Smaug.

At ECS, we’re proud to support our community through early childhood mental health services at Para Las Familias, recovery and treatment support at CERRC, and safe, stable housing through our Safe Havens.
