Meet Our Newest Guardian Angel Honoree Yasmeen Wadood!

Yasmeen is a dedicated Phlebotomist at the NRMC Cancer Center, whose compassion, kindness, and exceptional care have made a lasting impact on the patients and families they serve.

The patient who nominated Yasmeen stated, "She has been involved in my health care for over 5 years. She is the ONLY phlebotomist that has been able to draw blood with only one stick every single time. Couple that with her smiles and loving & caring personality and she can't be beat!"

The NRMC Foundation is bringing home fresh ideas from the Association for Healthcare Philanthropy (AHP) Madison Institute! Our Development Director and Donor Relations & Data Officer spent the week learning alongside healthcare philanthropy professionals from across the country, exploring innovative fundraising strategies, donor engagement, stewardship, and new ways to strengthen the impact of giving.

They can't wait to put what they learned into action and continue creating meaningful opportunities for our donors to make a difference right here at NRMC.
