The decisions shaping a community start with conversations about its challenges, opportunities, and future.

Leadership Natchitoches gives participants the opportunity to take part in important conversations that shape the parish. Throughout the program, cohort members hear from leaders across government, healthcare, education, business, public safety, and more about the issues affecting their fields and the community as a whole.

Participants are encouraged to ask questions, share perspectives, and learn how community leaders can make their voices heard. Experiences like Day at the Capitol take those conversations even further, giving the cohort a firsthand look at state government and the role advocacy can play in supporting Natchitoches Parish.

•••••••••

Build your perspective, find your voice, and become a stronger advocate for the community you call home!

Applications for Leadership Natchitoches Cohort 8 are open through October 31!
