We said we'd share more of our Center of Hope kids chalk art with you, and here you find the messages of hope, love and faith that they decorated our front entrance with.

We pray you carry these with you today, as the children living safely within our walls will.

Last week, our Officers and staff spread out across our community to deliver angel tree tags to our corporate partners! We so appreciate the dedication and support of these organizations, as they are key to getting all of our angels adopted each year.

Over 60 businesses or groups have adopted over 2,100 of our angels for either their staff to adopt internally or to act as a public adoption site in the community!

Remember, our public angel trees will go up next Friday at Coolsprings Mall, The Mall at Green Hills, and online - so make sure to grab your angel early before they are all gone!

As the year winds down and the holiday season approaches, the need to Give with Joy continues.

No matter the season, the Salvation Army Nashville is out here serving our community with the programs it needs most. Help us keep the lights on and the pantries full for our neighbors going through a difficult time.

When we arrived at our Center of Hope this morning, our children had been playing with chalk in our front entrance (which we will share later this week), but at the back door, where many of our staff enter to begin their work day, this simple, solitary message was drawn.

A simple Thank You.

Our team serves, not for accolades or recognition, but because we believe that by showing up every day, ready to tackle the challenges right alongside our clients, we can transform lives and create a better world for us all. And we don't do it alone. Our donors, volunteers and community partners all stand right there with us in doing this wonderful work.

So, we share this simple Thank You with you, so that you know, those we serve appreciate every hour and every dollar that helps them achieve the goal of a new home and a life changed.

We are always excited to see happens when visits us! Our children love the chance to let their imaginations run wild, get creative and turn their ideas into one-of-a-kind works of art.

We’re grateful for a community partner that continues to bring creativity, fun and new ways to explore to our children!
