One of the best things about Lunch Bunch isn't what's on the plate - it's the chance to spend time together, share stories, and enjoy good company.

From trying new restaurants to exploring different parts of Nashville, these outings are another reminder that connection can happen in the simplest moments.

Because sometimes a great lunch is really about the people sitting around the table. 🍽️✨

When was the last time you tried something for the very first time? 👀

One of the best things about getting older is realizing you don't have to have everything figured out. There are still new hobbies to explore, new skills to learn, new friendships to make, and new experiences waiting around the corner.

Whether it's a painting class, photography walk, gardening workshop, movement class, or something completely unexpected, trying something new can bring confidence, connection, and a renewed sense of possibility.

Our latest blog explores why stepping outside your comfort zone after 60 can be more powerful than you might think.

Participants recently joined occupational therapist and Certified Aging in Place Specialist Ebony Porter for a conversation on practical ways to stay safe, confident, and independent at home.

One of the things we love most about the Renaissance Center is that learning never stops. Whether it's exploring a new hobby, gaining helpful life skills, or discovering a fresh perspective, there's always something new to learn.

Learning something new has never tasted so good 🥟😋

Participants recently joined Joyce Kong for a hands-on dumpling making demonstration, and judging by the smiles (and the finished product), it was a big hit!

One of the things we love most about the Renaissance Center is the variety of experiences you can find here. Some days it's a class, some days it's a workshop, and sometimes it's something delicious.
