Skylemar is a residential summer camp for boys located in Naples, Maine. www.campskylemar.com. Camp Skylemar is legendary for building boys of character.

Camp Skylemar is a well-established (since 1948) recreational summer camp, located in Naples, Maine. Enrollment is limited to 200 boys from across the country as well as abroad, who attend for 3 or 6 weeks. The program features land and water athletics (lacrosse, soccer, baseball, tennis, golf, hockey, basketball, football, archery, softball, ultimate, disc golf, swimming, water-skiing, wakeboardi

ng, sailing, fishing, kayaking, paddle boarding, wake surfing, canoeing, etc.) as well as outdoor oriented activities (hiking, camping, high & low ropes course, climbing wall, outdoor education, backpacking, campcraft) Non-athletic activities include drama, music, arts, crafts, wood working, science, photography, video, graphic design & sports broadcasting. Located on a 200 acre wooded campsite overlooking the White Mountains and a beautiful spring-fed lake, Skylemar offers a nurturing atmosphere with an emphasis on FUN.

Camp Skylemar is awesome sports, nonstop fun, and the greatest guys in the whole wide world.

But what are we really teaching our guys?
That it’s cool to care.
Saying “Yes, please” and “No, thank you” matters.
Shaking your opponent’s hand mean just as much as hitting the game-winner.
Trying new things rules.
Loving one another makes us stronger. That’s why we’ve got a hand sign for it 🤟.

We’re all about building men of character. This is the stuff that lasts long after summer ends.

Summer 2025 marked the start of a powerful new Skylemar tradition: Star Meal Minutes.
Each member of our oldest division who chose to participate delivered a thoughtful, prepared speech to the entire camp. They shared stories, lessons, gratitude, and advice for the younger guys following in their footsteps. It was inspiring, impressive, and a powerful reminder of what brings together the puzzle of Skylemar: sharing the fate of guys who are great.
We can’t wait to keep it going in Summer 2026.
