We’re proud to announce a $20,000 grant to St. Francis de Sales High School, investing in the future of SFDS students!

This grant will help strengthen the school’s Science, English, and Music programs, while also supporting health and hygiene initiatives for students.

“Over the past several months, I had the privilege of teaching Debsebak through weekly online sessions, helping him strengthen his understanding of Physics and build confidence in his academic abilities. Learning that he has successfully cleared JEE and secured admission to a Computer Science and Engineering program fills me with immense pride and joy. While I may have contributed a small part to his preparation, his achievement is a testament to his hard work and determination. This experience has reinforced my belief in the transformative power of education and mentorship, and I am deeply grateful to Ahaan for providing a platform that enables volunteers to make a meaningful difference in young lives.”

May 2026 marked the launch phase of “Istri” project in Kolkata, in partnership with Udhyam Learning Foundation. Supported by Aahan, the team focused on understanding the local ecosystem, building key partnerships, and introducing the LPG ironing solution to ironing Vyapaaris across the city.

In the coming months, the project will focus on expanding outreach, strengthening partnerships with manufacturers and LPG distributors, and onboarding the first cohort of early adopters.

These efforts aim to improve access to cleaner technology while supporting ironing entrepreneurs in building more sustainable and profitable businesses.
