It has been a long time since I posted anything on this page.

I met this POS at Bube’s Brewery in Mt Joy, Pa around ten years ago when I was the Host for the Ghost Tours.

He gave off a strange vibe but so do a lot of people I have encountered in the Paranormal field.

He was on the tour with a “Paranormal Group”. More like a quartet of goths who wanted to investigate the location.

One of his group, “a psychic” claimed the place was “infested with demons”.

I had been involved in and supervised dozens of investigations of Bube’s Brewery over a ten year period and never encountered anything like that.

I advised Sam, the owner that allowing this group to investigate the Brewery would be detrimental to the reputation of his business.

I retired from investigating after becoming disabled in a work related accident on October 31, 2019.

Don’t read anything into the date. It was negligence.

I moved away from Pennsylvania and now live in Horry County South Carolina.

Jonathan Gerlach, 34, was arrested after "over 100 full or partial sets of human and skeletal remains" were allegedly found in his home and a storage unit.

I am retired from the field because of a disability from an accident in 2019.

Kelly and I were watching a video about the Driskill Hotel in Austin, Texas.

One of the haunted spots was an elevator.

The doors do not open when it gets to the floor. Sometimes for several minutes.

I immediately knew what was up.

So I called the Driscoll Hotel and asked their front desk if the supposed Haunted elevator was hydraulic.

I was informed that they had three elevators. Two were mechanical and yes the “haunted” one was hydraulic.

I told the man on the phone that it was not haunted, they have to much hydrolic fluid in the reservoir.

The man on the other end cracked up.

I told him that they need to remove some of that fluid or the back pressure would blow the seals on the pump.

That same back pressure causes the delay of the elevator leveling with the floor.

That is why the doors do not open.
