Dear Resident,

Niyam Construction LLC is contracted by City of Murphy to perform street re-construction work in your neighborhood. Please be advised that street construction in your area (at Tall Tree and Renner) began on 6/22/2026 and may continue for up to two months, depending on weather conditions and other unforeseen circumstances. Work may include the removal and replacement of sidewalk panels and a portion of the street. During construction, there may be temporary restrictions to sidewalk access, along with construction equipment, noise, and dust in the area. Friendly Pool Reminders

1) The pool and pickleball courts are for homeowners and their guests only. Do not open the gates for anyone at all.

2) We have NEW pool keys. Contact SBB Management to pick yours up.

3) Please clean up after yourself and take care of the pool property.

Dear Homeowners,
The pool officially opened on May 22! As mentioned in the previous eblast, some of the associated technology and components of our amenities access equipment have reached End-of-Life.
As a result, new HID access keycards will need to be issued to all homeowners!
We strongly encourage all homeowners to exchange (for free) their old assigned access keycard with the new HID access keycard to avoid any service interruption in your amenities access.

Important:
While your old keycard still works at the Pickleball Courts, your old keycard will no longer work at the Pool (once the Pool opens for the season).

The new HID access keycard will provide you access to both the Pool and Pickleball Courts.

Whether you currently have your assigned physical keycard in your possession.

Homeowners, we apologize if you dialed in late for the Timbers HOA meeting. The new meeting time will be 6:30pm for the year, instead of 7pm like past meetings.

On Thursday, Feb. 19th meeting, Planning and Zoning board and City Council will have a joint meeting to make any recommendations for amendments to the draft Master Plan for the City of Murphy. There could even recommend zoning amendments to bring the Master Plan to life, so to speak. It is expected some members of the public may want to speak, so this event *could* be seen as a Town Hall type of situation.

Please note that open park space located adjacent with The Timbers Preserve Park is on the draft Master Plan. It may be rezoned.

Don't forget Santa is coming to town!!

Tomorrow - Monday, December 8, 2025. Are you ready for it? That's right. Murphy Fire Rescue is once again teaming up with Santa to create unforgettable memories for the children of Murphy.

Santa will be atop the big red engine, driving through the streets of Murphy (with the exception of short culs-de-sac). He'll ride Monday through Saturday, 6:30 to 8:30 pm. How will you know when he's on his way? Check out the live Santa tracker:

And yes, the lights and sirens will be ablaze, so tag your neighbors, HOA, and PTA - because its seriously, the most wonderful time of the year.

Please note, Santa cannot stop for any period of time or get off the truck. If there is an emergency, he will pause the nightly run and pickup again the following night.
