📦❤️ 120 BAGS PACKED AND READY! ❤️📦

Tonight, some wonderful volunteers from the Scales PTO came together to pack 120 food bags for students in the Murfreesboro City Schools Backpack Program!

A HUGE THANK YOU to Domino's for helping sponsor this initiative!

I also want to express my gratitude to all the volunteers who participated, including the families who brought their children to help!

🎉 HUGE SHOUTOUT TO DOMINO'S IN RUTHERFORD COUNTY! 🍕❤️

In response to recent events affecting our community, the Scales PTO has decided to take action. We have partnered with the Murfreesboro City Schools (MCS) Backpack Program to provide additional support for our students during this challenging time.

Thanks to one of our PTO members, Domino's has stepped up in a big way by sponsoring our entire November initiative. They are covering the cost of 120 food bags for our Scales Elementary students who need weekend meals!

If you want to learn more about the Backpack Program, please reach out to me, the Scales PTO President, or contact Jennifer Lowe at the MCS Central Office at 615-893-2313. She oversees the program for MCS.

Please Support Domino's in Rutherford County! When you're craving pizza, choose Domino's! Let's show our appreciation for businesses that invest in our students and school community.

When the Scales PTO Spring Carnival needed a new home at the last minute, Main Event-Murfreesboro stepped up quickly! Not only did they open their doors to our school community with minimal notice, but their staff also went above and beyond to make our carnival a huge success. They set up spaces for our vendors and accommodated over 400 attendees, handling everything professionally and enthusiastically.

The arcade games and other attractions provided even more excitement than we had initially planned! Our families had an absolute blast; none of it would have been possible without Main Event's incredible generosity and partnership.

To the management and staff at Main Event-Murfreesboro, we cannot thank you enough for saving our carnival and turning a potential disappointment into an unforgettable event. Your support for our school community means the world to us!

Same date: May 1st Same time: 5:00-7:00 PM Same fun - just a new location!
Tickets are still available at the door.

🎪CARNIVAL DATE CHANGE

Due to forecasted thunderstorms, Scales PTO Spring Carnival has been RESCHEDULED THURSDAY, MAY 1st (5:00-7:00 PM).

All pre-purchased wristbands will be automatically honored on the new date.

It's great fun, just a new date! We'll still have:

Bounce houses
Dunk tank
Food trucks
Games & prizes

Exciting Main Event giveaways!

🎵 Exciting News from Scales PTO! 🎵

We are thrilled to announce our 3rd-5th Grade Dance Party on March 20th from 5 PM to 7 PM!

This is a Scales students-only event! Our fantastic DJ, DJ Phanos, will be ready to keep the energy high all evening!

This dance party is part of our spring event lineup, including our upcoming Spring Carnival on April 10th. Your PTO is working hard to create fun memories for our Scales students!

Last week, Scales Elementary PTO provided 73 teachers with unrestricted classroom funds. "Unrestricted" means that teachers can use these funds for their classroom needs without submitting receipts or seeking approval. Whether for extra supplies, classroom materials, or other small necessities.

Our community made this possible by coming together through sponsorships and events like the Winter Dance and Spirit Nights. Speaking of which, join us tonight at Main Event in Murfreesboro from 4 to 7 PM for family fun while supporting our school!

And there's more excitement on the way! We are busy planning our Spring Carnival, which will feature bounce houses, dunk tank, games, prizes, and more surprises.
