Mounds View voters will be asked to consider a proposed park bond referendum that would fund improvements to local parks and the Community Center.

The Park Bond Referendum is the result of many hours of community input and staff time. The process began with the approval of the Master Park Plan, which is available to view on our website. There is also a video explaining the process of issuing bonds, and there is an open house on Wednesday, October 14th, 2026 at the Community Center. All are welcome. Come with your questions.

Zumba in the Park with Miko is officially here, and you’re invited!
Get ready to shake, shimmy, and sweat under the open sky. Whether you're a seasoned dancer or have two left feet, this outdoor dance party is all about high energy, amazing music, and having a blast with your community.
No experience required—just bring your water bottle, your sneakers, and your best moves.

When: 6pm (Starting June 10th!)
Where: City Hall Park Fitness Court Studio (backup space is the Studio at Mounds View Community Center if the weather is not in our favor)
Cost: FREE!!!!

All Fitness Levels Welcome! Our instructor will show modifications, so you can move at your own pace.
