🌻 Hello, August! 🌻

August is National Wellness Month—the perfect reminder to take a little time for yourself. Whether it's enjoying a walk, staying hydrated, eating fresh summer fruits and vegetables, getting enough sleep, or simply taking a few moments to relax, every small step counts.

This month, we encourage our Women's Club members to make their health a priority. What's one healthy habit you'll focus on this August? Share it in the comments—we'd love to cheer each other on! 💙
