Our next healthy living workshop is coming up on Saturday, August 22. We will be giving away exercise mats, water bottles, and fitness tracking watches to the first 15 moms who preregister and attend the workshop. Please spread the word to moms who meet the pre-qualification requirements. If you want to attend, please call or text 606-356-8335.

Godspeed will be having a Basic Nutrition Workshop on Saturday, July 18, 2026, from 3 pm to 5 pm. The workshop will teach basic nutritional needs, the importance of eating a balanced diet, and why eating whole foods is best for your health. PRE-REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED. Godspeed Outreach Program exists to help single moms in our community. If you are single and pregnant or a mom with young children (ages 5 and under), and would be interested in a summer membership to Morehead State University's pool this summer, please contact us for an application at 606-356-8335. Sponsorships are limited, and applicants must meet specific criteria to qualify.
