Due to weather, the Shepherd End of Year Bash has been postponed and will now become our Back to School Bash on August 14th from 5–8 PM with all the same exciting fun!

🎉 Volunteers Needed for the Shepherd End of Year Bash! 🌞

We’re gearing up for the Shepherd End of Year Bash, proudly organized by Shepherd PTO and SCAA, and we’re looking for volunteers to help make this event a success! The event will take place on May 21st from 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM and will be a fun-filled evening for students, families, and the entire community.

This exciting celebration will feature food, rides, bounce slides, face painting, games, music, and so much more! 🎡🍧🎨 With so many activities planned, we need helping hands to ensure everything runs smoothly and that our families have an amazing experience.

🙌 Volunteer opportunities include:
Event setup and breakdown
Assisting with games and activities
Helping at check-in or vendor areas
Supporting food and refreshment stations
General event support throughout the evening

Whether you can volunteer for a short time or the entire event, your help will make a big difference. It’s also a great way to connect with other families and be part of a memorable community event.
We also welcome local vendors and small businesses who would like to participate and engage with our community during the event.
