We’re here at the Summer Block Party !! It’s fun- come down! Lunch will be available at 11am.

Today is the day for the Spring Gala reschedule - the Summer Block Party!

Some items of note:

There is no parade this time around - BUT we will still have a bike parade. Please line up at the Fire Station at 10am and we will begin the parade shortly there after. We will also be welcoming the MVVS 6th graders - they will be walking behind the bike - make sure to support them as they enter middle school in just a few short weeks!

If you are watching the bike parade and not participating please line up along Rt13 on the green to watch and encourage the kids! Prizes will be awarded!!

Old Amherst Rd will be closed between 8am and 1pm between Rt13 and Conant to ensure the safety of all guests to the gala.

Parking for the event will be available at the Daland Building (old library), Post Office, Pond, Daland Memorial Library and along town roads. There will be no parking on the green for this event.

We have had so much fun this week and we’re just getting started! Congratulations to the Fun Facts trivia team for winning tonight! Thank you to every single person who gave even a fraction of their day making set up for tomorrow possible and a big thank you to those that supported us in all the other ways! It was a crazy busy day but we’re looking forward to doing it all again tomorrow!

Great night for our last show of the season! Thank you to Stomp 'N Holler for the great music! We appreciate the Mont Vernon Fire Department Association for grilling and Mont Vernon Heritage Commission for providing the ice pops. Special guests, Flick and Sheldon, were a huge hit. Looking forward to doing it again next year!
