Please join us for a presentation by Mallory Weston, artist, metalsmith, and the inaugural artist in residence for the Appalachian Trail Conservancy. Weston will discuss her studio practice and how her work has transformed through her involvement with the long-distance backpacking community. Her talk will explore the challenge of translating the immersive and often ephemeral experience of thru-hiking the Appalachian Trail into material form.

Our high school students had the wonderful opportunity of working with from the today. They learned all about the process of stone sculpture and even got to try their hand at splitting and carving stone! Thank you, Jesse, for your time and expertise.

Our Nature Journaling at Borestone Mountain workshop with Sarah Shaw is still accepting participants! Wake up with a cup of coffee overlooking the pond, enjoy a hike with our naturalist guides Sarah and Sally, absorb inspiration from the old growth forest and write, draw paint!
