Phylicia Thomas, Sweet Valley, PA



Phylicia returned home from work at approximately 12:00 AM in the vicinity of the 100 block of Route 118 in Sweet Valley, Pennsylvania. She went out to her boyfriend’s ATV to get a drink and has not been seen since. Phylicia has scars on both arms, freckles on her face and pierced ears.
