Some communities come to CoHub with a clear project and a funding deadline. Others just know something needs to change. Either way, that’s enough to start a conversation. CoHub works alongside communities at every stage of project development, from early idea exploration to funding navigation, readiness-building, partnership development, and implementation support.
Several of our team members are certified in human-centered design, which guides everything we do — from a quick intake call to a day-long workshop. We don’t believe in one-size-fits-all planning. We center our work around place-based realities, valuing adaptability, empathy, and deep local knowledge of the region and its people. We build capacity by building trust. We advocate for community ownership of the process, decisions, and outcomes, leveraging a people-focused approach grounded in responsiveness and care.
