Friends of Community Parks Friends of Community Parks (FCP) is an Oregon Nonprofit Corporation in Polk County.

We work to support and enhance the public parks and recreational areas of Independence and Monmouth, ensuring they remain vibrant, accessible, and well-maintained spaces.

If you purchased Early Bird Resident tickets before June 21, you'll receive an email from [email protected] with the wristband exchange booth details during the week of June 22.
*** TICKETS FOR KIDS UNDER 6 *** Buy your regular tickets online and when you exchange them for your wristbands, request the kid tickets you will need. We have special free wristbands for kids under 6. We recommend exchanging all of your tickets for wristbands before you arrive at Riverview Park.
