- Foster or Adopt Sleepy! -

Sleepy is a sweet, loving 2 year old boy who is looking for a home where he can be someones best friend.

Dont let the name fool you, Sleepy definitely has an energetic side! He loves to zoom around, play with his toys, and then happily crash for a well earned nap. Hes crate trained, potty trained, knows his basic commands, and is very treat-motivated, so hes a fun guy to work with.

Sleepy loves people and is happiest when hes getting attention and spending time with his humans. Hes also dog friendly and loves pretty much every dog he meets! He tends to ignore cats. Hes lived with kids of all ages, although he can get a little mouthy during play (never biting), so older kids may be the better fit.

Hes a great car rider, has no food allergies, and doesnt seem to have any major dislikes. As a white dog, he can sometimes develop little pink or red sun spots, but theyre harmless and fade quickly.

Sleepys current family loves him very much but is sadly no longer able to provide the home he deserves. They describe him as an incredibly sweet boy who brings a lot of love and joy wherever he goes.

If youre looking for a dog who can go on an adventure with you and then happily snooze by your side afterward, Sleepy might just be your guy.

- Norm’s Dental is Today! -

Before Norm can finally get the knee surgeries he needs, we had to take care of his dental work first. The Ark, ORVA, and Santa Clara Veterinary Hospital were all concerned about the risk of a secondary infection if we went ahead with his knee surgeries before addressing his dental disease.

His dental is now done, which means we can get back to focusing on those knees but the medical bills are adding up.

If you’d like to help Norm get one step closer to being pain free, there are a few ways you can support him:

- Donate toward his medical care here: Venmo: ForAllMuttkind
- PayPal: 4allmuttkind
- Cashapp: 4Allmuttkind
- Our website: https://4allmuttkind.org/donate-1
-
- Buy a 2027 Colors of the Valley calendar featuring our rescue pups here: https://4allmuttkind.org/4amk-calendar
-
- Donate your cans & bottles through BottleDrop to 4 All MuttKind here: https://4allmuttkind.org/order-blue-bags

Every little bit helps us get Norm closer to having the surgery he needs. Thank you for continuing to cheer this sweet guy on!

- Foster or Adopt Candace -

Candace is a 4 year old mixed breed pup (Cattle dog or wirehaired pointer mix?) who is looking for a foster home! She loves nothing more than being a loyal little shadow. She’s shy at first but once she trusts you she’ll happily follow you everywhere.

She also just has so much character! She does adorable little tippy taps. She likes making a little hoard pile dog toys. Super playful with the most expressive little scruffy face.

She’s potty trained and crate trained. On walks, she does great and is not a puller. She is also very dog friendly. Cats are not recommended as she is a chaser.

Candace’s quirk is that she is not a fan of men. She currently lives with a man in her foster home and her strategy is simple: avoid, ignore, repeat. Not aggressive but watchful and avoidant. She may do ok in a foster home with a man if there is a primary female caretaker.

If you’re looking for a sweet, shy companion who will love you endlessly (as long as you’re not a dude), Candace just might be your girl.
