🚨🚒🚑💛 NATIONAL FIRST RESPONDERS DAY 💛🚑🚒🚨

Today, Hope 4 Heroes would like to take a moment to recognize the incredible men and women who answer the call when someone needs help.

To our law enforcement officers, firefighters, EMTs, dispatchers, and ALL first responders, THANK YOU! ❤️

We see your dedication. We see your sacrifices. We see the long hours, missed family moments, and the weight you sometimes carry long after your shift has ended.

But today, we also want to remind you of something very important.

Behind every uniform is a human being. Someone who has a family, feelings, struggles, and sometimes battles that the rest of the world never sees.

You spend so much of your lives taking care of others, but please remember that YOU matter, too.

It’s okay to have a bad day. It’s okay to struggle. And it’s absolutely okay to ask for help. You do not always have to be the strong one.

At Hope 4 Heroes, our mission goes beyond saying thank you. We want you to know that you are never alone, and there is a village standing beside you.

To every first responder, whether you’re actively serving, retired, or volunteering, we appreciate you, we support you, and we’ve got your six!

For this Friday's Hero Watch we are featuring Meghan Harder from Fall Creek. She joined us this year in our 100 Miles 4 Heroes event and was able to crank out the full 100!

Meghan is a veteran of the Wisconsin Army National Guard where she had six years of service which also includes a one year deployment to Ukraine.

Meghan enjoys spending time with family and friends doing all things that include travel, live music and horses. She is a huge contributor within her community and is always finding ways to give back. She recently opened the doors to Tilly's Coffee Shoppe in honor of her daughter Tilly to have her legacy live on. She also started a Podcast called Grit & Grace, which shares the stories of loss, survival, resilience, and much more.

Thank you Meghan for your service to Fall Creek, Wisconsin, the USA, and beyond. We are so glad that you got involved with our mission! 💚🦋

For this Friday's Hero Watch we are featuring Matt Thornsen. Matt is a firefighter for the Mondovi Fire Department that has also stepped up to walk 100 Miles 4 Heroes with us the past few years.

In his free time, he enjoys going on adventures with his family.

🇺🇸 FRIDAY HEROES WATCH 🇺🇸
100 Miles. One Mission. One Family. One Fight.

This week, our Heroes Watch belongs to an incredible group of people…our 100 Miles 4 Heroes walkers.

Throughout September, they walked mile after mile. Some reached 100 miles, some reached 200 miles, some walked what they could, but every single mile mattered.

Because this challenge was never really about a number. It was about honoring our law enforcement, firefighters, EMS, dispatchers, active military and veterans. It was about starting conversations about mental health. It was about reminding our heroes that asking for help does not make you weak.

Most importantly, it was about sending one message loud and clear:

You matter.
Your mental health matters.
Your life matters.
You are not alone.

To every person who accepted the challenge, shared their “why,” logged miles, raised funds, encouraged another walker, and joined us for those final miles into Eleva, thank you.

We watched your journey throughout the month, and we saw so much more than miles.

We saw dedication.
We saw heart.
We saw community.
We saw people willing to stand up for those who spend their lives showing up for the rest of us.

We are incredibly grateful for each and every one of you.

This Heroes Watch is for ALL OF YOU. 🇺🇸

💙 National Thank a Police Officer Day, September 19, 2026 💙

Today, Hope 4 Heroes simply wants to say THANK YOU.

To the men and women who put on the badge each day, we thank you for answering the call. Thank you for showing up on someone’s worst day, for missing dinners and family time, for working nights, weekends and holidays, and for carrying things home with you that most of us will never see or fully understand.

But today, we also want to recognize something that can sometimes be forgotten:

Behind every badge is a person.
A spouse. A parent. A son or daughter. A friend. A neighbor. Someone with good days and hard days, just like the rest of us.

To our law enforcement officers, especially those serving our small towns and rural communities: we see you. We appreciate you. And we care about YOU, not just the uniform you wear.

Please remember that asking for help does not make you weak. You don't always have to be the strong one.

💙 Your mental health matters.
💙 Your life matters.
💙 YOU MATTER.

Thank you for protecting, serving and standing beside our communities. Today and every day, know that Hope 4 Heroes is holding the line with you and we are here if you need anything.

For this Friday's Hero Watch we are featuring Treiah Xiong. Treiah is from Eau Claire and is a graduate of North Highschool. She is currently a second year Fire/Medic student at the Chippewa Valley Technical College and was recently hired as a career firefighter in Maplewood MN. She consistently goes above and beyond to help others including staff and faculty at the college, most notably being a valuable asset during the Girl Scout Hero Academy where young girls are taught all about emergency services and staying safe.

When she is not at school or work, she enjoys spending time with loved ones. One of her favorite things is being an "auntie!"

Thank you Treiah for your dedication to emergency services, continue reaching for your dreams! 👩🏼‍🚒
