At Toys for Tots, we believe every child deserves the chance to explore, play, and grow in the great outdoors—because joy is the greatest catch of all.

It is with a heavy heart this has to be posted.

With the recent vandalism and theft in downtown Moberly, our Toys for Tots warehouse and office were one of the buildings.

With that being said, we need help from the community to replace items that were stolen or broken.

We can not (and do not) use donated funds for toys on these items. Our funds are for Toys for the children in the community. So we are asking for these items to be donated.

If you have any of these and you would be willing to donate them please send us a message or call. We would greatly appreciate it.

We would love to keep pushing forward with our mission of getting toys and books in the hands of children.

🚂 A quick reality check about Toys for Tots of NorthCentral MO.
Our local chapter is 100% volunteer‑run.
That means there’s no CEO, no paid staff, and no local board keeping things moving behind the scenes. Those roles exist only at the national Marine Corps Foundation level — not here at home.

Everything that happens locally — every toy drive, every event, every bit of Christmas magic — happens because people in our own community step up to make it happen.

For the last several years, we have grown with reaching families and the need for help has expanded. We now serve 4 counties, all local to us. We need YOU. CHARITON & LINN Counties all have spots open to serve.

Without volunteers, our local chapter simply can’t continue. There’s no automatic system that keeps it running — it’s powered entirely by people who care.

If you’ve ever wanted to make a real difference, this is your chance.
Step up. Get involved. Help keep the mission alive so we can keep bringing hope and joy to kids across NorthCentral MO this Christmas.

No volunteers means no local Toys for Tots.

Happy 100th Birthday, Marilyn Monroe! 🎂

In 1953, the timeless icon joined U.S. Marines to help raise awareness for the Toys for Tots campaign—bringing National attention to the mission of helping children in need.
Her smile lit up the room and reminded us all of the joy that giving can bring. Because every child deserves the joy of childhood. Happy Birthday, Marilyn!
