What a blessing. Thank you to VU for their generous grant and to D&A Remodel and Repair for your hard work and dedication this week to get it done!

Thank you to all of our staff, friends and family who worked tirelessly to deep clean every piece of equipment and help us lay a beautiful new floor. We could it do it without our community. We are ready for a new week and to serve up some delicious food!

Just to say, thank you isn’t enough. We are incredibly grateful!

Thank you to all of our supporters and donors for your support! Our windows have been delivered for our apartments upstairs! We are well on our way to our first goal of getting one apartment finished by the end of 2026.

We need about $5000 more to finish the lobby area upstairs! Will you get involved?

In the words of Dude Dad - We need a “couple more days”

As our 100 year old building gets a makeover and new floors, we uncovered much more issue than we intended to find. That means that the remodel is taking longer than anticipated.

We are scheduled to be reopen on Thursday instead of Tuesday. We look forward to serving you then!

Today, we pause to remember and honor the men and women who gave their lives in service to our country. Their sacrifice reminds us that freedom is never free.

As we gather with family and friends this Memorial Day, may we also take time to pray for the families who carry the weight of loss, for those who continue to serve, and for a nation in need of God’s wisdom and grace.

Jesus said in John 15:13 (NIV):
“Greater love has no one than this: to lay down one’s life for one’s friends.”

We are grateful for those who laid down their lives so others could live in freedom.

Today, may we remember with gratitude, live with humility, and honor with prayer.
