Mitchell Royal Family Kids Camp #344 Royal Family KIDS is the nation’s leading network of camps and mentor clubs for children of abuse, abandonment and neglect.

Since 1985, RFK has been offering free week-long summer camps for foster children of abuse who have been placed in foster care. For many of these children, a week at summer camp is a first. It is a life changing experience for the kids (and the volunteers).

**Update**
We got the 1 male counselor we needed! Now we just need 1 female and night relief help.

We will are looking for help for camp this summer. We need 1 male and 1 female counselor 18+. Camp dates are June 28- July 2. June 28 is training day and it starts at 1 PM. We are also still looking for Night Relief. Those dates would be June 29-July 1. Night relief comes to camp around 9PM each evening and reads a story to the kids in their cabins so their counselors can shower and have a break. Please message us if you are interested.

Royal Family Kids Camp is just around the corner, and we need your help!

Right now, we are in need of 2 female counselors and 1 male counselor (18+) to serve at camp. We currently have 5 children on our waitlist, and without additional counselors, these children may not be able to experience the life-changing week of camp they deserve.

By serving as a counselor, you have the opportunity to be a safe, caring adult in the life of a child who has experienced abuse, neglect, or abandonment. Your presence can make an eternal impact.

Royal Family Kids Camp is still looking for 6 more volunteers to serve in our Night Relief team! 🌟

Night Relief volunteers help give our counselors a chance to rest and recharge so they can continue pouring into the lives of our campers each day. This role is such an important part of making camp successful!

Volunteers must be 18 or older. If you have a heart for serving children and supporting our camp team, we would love to have you join us.

Royal Family Kids Camp is looking for donations of gently used or new dress-up clothes for boys and girls ages 6–12. These costumes help create moments of imagination, confidence, creativity, and FUN for children who have experienced abuse, neglect, or abandonment.

We are especially looking for:

🦸 Superhero costumes
👮 Career dress-up outfits
🤠 Cowboy/cowgirl gear
🧚 Fun accessories and costumes for all kids
