Amazing!!!
Artificial intelligence just detected a person inside the Holy Eucharist, and the video is going viral.
A content creator named Maik Vélez was editing a photo of the Blessed Sacrament when his photo-editing software identified a person standing in the center of the monstrance. Except there was nobody there. The AI was pointing directly at the consecrated Host.
Now, this software is designed to recognize human features like faces, arms, and other body parts. So he tried different photos, thinking it might be a glitch. But every single time, the AI detected a person in the exact same spot, right where the Eucharist was.
And this is what makes the story so interesting. Catholics believe the Eucharist isn't just a symbol of Jesus Christ. It is His actual Body, Blood, Soul, and Divinity. And here was artificial intelligence identifying a person in the very place Catholics believe Jesus is truly present.
When he posted the video, it went viral. Other people started sharing similar experiences of facial-recognition software detecting faces during the elevation of the Host at Mass. One person even commented, "Even AI knows that Jesus is alive here."
Now, we don't need artificial intelligence to prove the Real Presence of Jesus Christ in the Eucharist. That's a truth the Catholic Church has proclaimed for 2,000 years. But what makes this moment so remarkable is that even modern technology can unexpectedly draw our attention to what we already know through faith.
Jesus Christ is truly present in the Holy Eucharist.
And maybe the real question isn't why artificial intelligence detected a person in the monstrance, but why so many of us struggle to recognize Who is actually there.
đź’¬ Do you believe this was just an AI glitch, or do you think there's something more to it?
