🎁Our Pack 45 Cubs Scouts proudly showed their spirit this! morning! They helped collect new toys benefiting Toys for Tots at Operation Toy Train’s stop in Dover, NJ — and even got a special visit from Santa himself! 🎅🚂

Proud of our Scouts for living the values of service and giving this season. 🐾 💙

Our Scouts started the den meeting by assembling electric mini-fans with help from parents and leaders. Teamwork + hands-on learning = FUN! 🔧🔋

Rain? What rain!? 🌧️😎 Skylands District’s LEGENDS UNITE! Cub Scout Camporee at Camp Somers brought over 35+ Pack 45 Scouts & families together for a weekend of FUN— first time campers included! Heroes, campfires and memories for days 🚒🔥🚔⛺️🎣

A huge thank you to all, from our Pack, Troop, Council, and local communities who made this an unforgettable experience for all of us!

Our Cub Scouts and their families learned about tent set-ups, fire safety and building a campfire from their ✨BALOO Trained✨Leaders this past weekend! We caught the perfect weather for roasting s’mores, too 🍫🔥

¡Nuestros Cub Scouts y sus familias aprendieron sobre cómo montar tiendas correctamente, seguridad con el fuego y cómo hacer una fogata, de la mano de sus líderes ✨entrenados en BALOO✨ este fin de semana! Además, ¡nos tocó el clima perfecto para asar s’mores 🍫🔥

🌿🐾 Pack 45 explored the beauty of the Great Swamp Wildlife Reservation this past weekend! Our Cub Scouts and families enjoyed time outdoors learning, hiking, and making memories together. 🏕️💚

Scouting is all about adventure, discovery, and family fun—and this outing had it all! ⚜️✨

🎉🦅 Today, Pack 45 had the honor of celebrating a remarkable milestone of a former Cub Scout, who later continued his Scouting journey with Wharton’s Troop 67, and achieved the prestigious rank of Eagle Scout!

It was inspiring to attend his Court of Honor and acknowledge all of his hard work, dedication, and achievements. He has set a shining example for our younger Scouts and has made a positive impact on his community.

Today flags were placed on the Graves of Veterans at Locusts Hill Cemetery by the following members:
Dover American Legion, Sons of the American Legion,
Women Legion Auxiliary
American Legion Riders
Wharton Boy Scouts Troop 67
Wharton Cub Scout Pack 45
Dover Girls Scout Troop 97195
Legion Honor Guard paid tribute as well.

Honoring Our Heroes This Memorial Day 🇺🇸

This morning, our Pack and Troop 67 had the honor of placing flags on the graves of veterans in remembrance of their service and sacrifice. It’s a humbling tradition that reminds us of the freedoms we enjoy—and the brave individuals who made them possible.

Participating in this meaningful act is more than just a service project. It’s a core part of what Scouting is all about: showing reverence, developing citizenship, and learning the value of selfless service.

We are proud to help keep the memory of these heroes alive, and we thank all veterans and their families today and always.
