Please note the updated time for tomorrow’s Ohio Park Neighborhood Meeting:

🕔 Tuesday, May 19 | 5–6 PM
📍 Brew Jas – 3062 S. 13th St.

Join neighbors, community partners, and local representatives for a discussion on important issues affecting the neighborhood. Representatives from Milwaukee Police District 6 and the Office of Community Wellness and Safety will also be in attendance.

🌱 A spring seed exchange will also take place during the meeting — bring seeds to share or pick up something new for your garden this season!

Interpretation will be available in English, Spanish, and Rohingya. All are welcome.

Apparently, some of you need a reason to get off the couch on a Monday night that doesn't involve staring at a screen until your eyes glaze over. We’re starting the Summer Sizzler on May 11th. It’s twelve weeks long, which is just enough time for you to realize you aren't as good at bowling as you tell people you are.

Practice starts at 6:30 PM, and scoring starts at 6:40 PM. It’s fifteen bucks a week, and five of those dollars go straight into the prize fund—so try not to throw it all in the gutter. It’s a mixed league with four-person teams, and if you don't have an average, we’ll give you one the first night. We’re even skipping Memorial Day so you can go grill out and pretend you aren't thinking about your spare game.
