Reminder about the Santa Rosa County National Day of Prayer Annual Observance to be held at Jernigan’s Landing on South Willing Street in downtown Milton on May 7th.

An interview with WOW Radio (90.9) that I gave will air at 9 AM this Saturday, May 2nd. The interview can also be found at “wowradio.org” (click “listen”) or on the WOW Radio APP.

Please join us as we attend the Santa Rosa County National Day of Prayer Observance on Thursday, May 7th, from 12:00-12:35 PM in downtown Milton. We will be meeting at Jernigan’s Landing on Willing Street just south of Memorial Park, right on the banks of the Blackwater River.

There will be a tent, but, please remember to bring a chair.

Please invite everyone you know. We would love to have a great crowd to represent believers who know the power of personal and corporate prayer.

We recently sent an urgent request for funds to assist us in preparing kits for 115 local TSA Agents and have gratefully received some donations. However, having spoken with a local TSA Agent this morning, I was informed that, even though they had been paid sporadically during this partial government shutdown, they have been notified that they WILL NOT BE PAID AFTER FRIDAY the 10th.
Savings are depleted and there is little hope. This has become an even MORE urgent matter, and we could use help from agencies and individuals we endeavor to serve when your needs arise. Help us to restore a little hope and dignity to these workers unwillingly caught in a political game.

“He that hath pity upon the poor lendeth unto the LORD; and that which he hath given will he pay him again.”
Proverbs 19:17

These agents are not “poor,” but they are our friends and neighbors who are in need.
