Feed Your Soul is a non-profit in Southcentral Wisconsin, dedicated to serving free, nutritious, homemade
meals and spiritual support to anyone in need. Founded in 2008 by Rick and Jen Lowry, Feed Your Soul began with one meal service in Fort Atkinson and
has since expanded to Janesville, with new outreach coming soon. Each week, volunteers prepare and share
meals that include an entrée, a side of fruit or vegetables, and a homemade dessert—along with an optional
message of faith and encouragement. We believe food is more than nourishment—it’s an opportunity to share kindness, build connection, and
remind every person they are seen and loved. Get involved:
