Partners For Pets Partners for Pets is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit cat and kitten rescue. We’re 100% volunteer-run, powered by compassion and sustained by generous donors like you.

🐾 Meet Dawson, Colton & Ajax! 🐾
We are available for adoption at PetSmart in Spokane Valley 💙❤️

These three may be siblings, but each has a personality all their own! 💕 All three are loving, playful, have been around kids, and would do well in a home with or without other pets.

💙 Ajax — 5 months
Ajax is a sweet, loving boy who absolutely melts when he’s on your lap. He gets so relaxed sometimes that he ends up hanging upside down! 😂 He gets along well with other cats with proper introductions. He has been around dogs and would rather avoid them when possible.

💚 Colton — 4 months
Colton is an easygoing, independent guy who sometimes prefers to keep to himself. He does well with other cats but isn’t a fan of dogs. He may growl at them and, if he feels threatened, could give a warning swat. A home without dogs may be the best fit for him.

💙 Dawson — 2½ months
Dawson is the little snuggle bug of the group! 🥰 He has the most stunning green eyes with a blue halo around his pupils. He’s spunky, playful, and full of kitten energy, but he also loves curling up on your lap or snuggling beside you in bed.

Whether you're looking for a playful companion, an independent buddy, or a serious cuddle bug, one of these boys could be your perfect match! 🐾

🐾The adoption fee for kittens under 6 months is $180 for one or $310 for two. This includes up to date on vaccines, deworming, sterilized (spay/neuter), microchip and a free vet check within two weeks of adoption.

🐾If you would like to apply to adopt, you can do so by completing an application in store and giving it to a volunteer or PetSmart cashier.

Meet Ringo: A sweet and expressive orange tabby! 🐱🍊 I will be arriving tomorrow (10/12) at PetSmart in Spokane Valley for adoption!

Ringo's journey to finding a family is nothing short of a lucky break. Night after night this handsome boy bravely crossed a busy street in search of food. In a beautiful twist of fate, the food he found was waiting on the porch of a Partners for Pets foster!

Every effort was made to track down his original owner, but to no avail. Now, Ringo is officially ready to trade his street-survival days for a life of luxury, safety, and a forever couch.

The Ultimate Cuddle Bug & Laser Athlete:

At around two and a half years old, Ringo is in the prime of his young adulthood. He is the ultimate lap cat. If you have a lap available, Ringo wants to be on it—no questions asked! But if you do have questions, Ringo does like to respond. He can hold his part of the conversation with little raspy cat noises!. As he chats check out the two adorable freckles on his bottom lip!

When he isn't cuddling, Ringo reveals his inner athlete.
He goes all out chasing lasers and can leap surprisingly high to catch that little red dot right on the wall! He has the perfect balance of playful, gravity-defying energy and a deeply affectionate side.

Other Pets, Kids, & Ideal Environment:

• The Environment: Because of his days surviving on the streets, Ringo can sometimes be scared by loud noises or sudden sounds. He will thrive best in a fairly calm and quiet home where he can feel entirely safe.

• Dogs: Ringo loves small dogs. He also spent time with a foster that had larger dogs. Big or small, a home with cat-friendly dogs is no problem for Ringo!

• Cats: He is friendly with other cats, but he can sometimes intimidate another cat if they lack confidence or show fear around him. He would do great as an only cat or with another confident feline friend.

• Kids: Because Ringo likes to express his affection with the occasional "love bite," he would do best in a home with older children who understand cat body language.

Ringo's dream home is a safe, indoor-only environment with a big window view, plenty of laps to sit on, and a family ready to show him how wonderful the pampered indoor life can be.

If you’re looking for a kitten who will snuggle up and keep you warm, Augie is your guy! This affectionate little orange boy loves to be as close to you as possible and will happily sleep all night right beside you—or right on top of you. 🥰

Augie is playful, fun-loving, and gets along with cats and dogs with a proper introduction. And if you know the personality of orange kitties, you already know Augie is orange kitty personality to a T! 😂🧡

He would do best in a home with at least one other playful cat to keep him company and prevent him from getting bored.

The Addams Family kittens are heading to PetSmart in Spokane Valley this afternoon, and they are ready to steal your heart!🖤🐈‍⬛

We were raised with both large and small dogs, these brave little ones are completely unfazed by canine companions.

Wednesday( still a little shy), Pugsley, Fester, and Thing are exceptionally social, outgoing, and affectionate—they’ll be the first to greet you with a purr and a nudge. We are about 3 months old.
