Milford Jr. Spartans 2027 — We Need You! 💙🏈
💙🏈 **MILFORD JR. SPARTANS — 2027 SEASON: WE NEED YOU!** 🏈💙
Behind every great season is a group of people who are willing to step up, pitch in, and help make it happen.
The Milford Jr. Spartans are a **100% volunteer-run organization**, and while our players are the heart of this program, our families are what keep it going. As we look ahead to the **2027 season**, we are looking for more members of our Spartans family to get involved.
We are currently looking for:
🏈 **Board Members** – Help shape the future of the program, make decisions, and keep our organization moving forward.
🏈 **Coaches & Assistant Coaches** – Help teach the game, build confidence, and make an impact on our athletes both on and off the field.
🏈 **Team Parents** – Help keep communication, team activities, and all the little details running smoothly throughout the season.
🏈 **Micro-Committee Volunteers** – You don't have to commit to a board position or take on a huge responsibility. We need people willing to help with **specific projects and tasks** throughout the year. A few hours here and there can make a BIG difference.
We want to be honest with our families: **we need more help.** We don't want to overburden the same handful of volunteers year after year, and we can't continue to grow this program without more families stepping up alongside us.
That doesn't mean everyone needs to give the same amount of time. Maybe you can commit to a board position. Maybe you can coach. Maybe you can help with one fundraiser, one event, one committee, or one project.
**There is a place for you.** ❤️
If your child has benefited from the Milford Jr. Spartans, we hope you'll consider giving back in whatever way you can. The time you invest doesn't just help an organization — **it directly helps our kids.**
