# # ☀️ God is Good! Milan Community UMC Yard Sale Success! ☀️

What an incredible time of fellowship, community, and connection at our church yard sale this weekend!
The teamwork started early on Friday as everyone scrambled to get our items prepped and safely covered up before the afternoon rain rolled in.
A huge shoutout and special recognition to God,
who completely changed the weather for us just in time for a beautiful Saturday! 🌤️🙏

A massive thank you to all the amazing church and community volunteers who came out to help us set up, sell, and clean up. We couldn't have done it without you!

# # # ❤️ Highlights from the Day:
* **True Community Connection:**
We had the best time hanging out, catching up,
and enjoying some delicious refreshments together.
* **Fun for All Ages:**
Little Joel had an absolute blast hanging out and playing with church members!
Check him out exploring the vintage finds and keeping us all entertained.

* **Treasures Galore:**
From games and toys to unique furniture pieces, there was something for everyone.

We are so incredibly blessed by our community.
Thank you all for making it such a memorable weekend! ⛪❤️

What a beautiful and Spirit-filled day at the North Country Christian Conference!

We began with powerful praise and worship, followed by a timely and meaningful message from Regina and Deb of Littleton, who shared their church’s faith journey. From there, we moved into the hall where a variety of stations gave people the chance to share their gifts with the larger body of Christ.

There was sewing, where experienced hands taught those new to the craft, including Sage Rodrigues. There was a pizza-making station, led by the hardworking and creative folks from Christ UMC, where people made pizza from dough to oven. Even the toppings became a reminder of how each of us brings different gifts and flavors to the body of Christ.

We were also blessed by a wonderful presentation from NH Fish and Game on the history and facts of wildlife in New Hampshire. Sharon Boyden led a very well-attended alternative medicine station, and the flower arranging station gave many the opportunity to work with their hands and enjoy the beauty of God’s creation. At the cribbage station, several people learned the game for the first time—though seasoned players like Cindy Coulombe and Bob Woodbury may have some competition before long!

We were deeply grateful for the presence and support of Rev. Dr. David Palmer, our District Superintendent, whose encouragement helped make the day even more meaningful. Laity and clergy from across the North Country came together to sing, worship, learn, laugh, break bread, and celebrate our shared life in Christ. It truly felt like a glimpse of God’s Kingdom.

And I have to mention the hymn sing at the closing service—we sang with such joy and enthusiasm it felt like the roof might lift! Sharing in the Sacrament of the Lord’s Table was another highlight, grounding us again in our identity as one in Christ.

My heart is full, and I could not be more pleased with how the day went. Special thanks to the congregation of Christ UMC, our host church, and to everyone who helped plan, prepare, lead, and serve.

To God be the glory!

Wow, what an incredible day at the women's conference at Farnham Memorial United Methodist Church! Easily one of the year's highlights.
So grateful I got to lead worship! My son, Josh, and I made a great team – him on drums, me on guitar – lifting up the victory and power of Christ's resurrection.
The speakers delivered such relevant, practical, and insightful messages.
But the best part? Seeing the impact and how many lives were touched! So many women shared how "so good" it was. One even said it was good "more than you know"!
Thanking God for every heart touched today. We even had a local lady decide to start coming to church – praise God!
This conference was a massive encouragement to our church's ministry.
Huge shoutout and thanks to everyone who made it happen, especially Pauline Woodbury, the amazing organizer!
