Hello OWE Residents. Some members of the Board of Directors will be at the pond building Tomorrow (5-30-26) From 10-12 to take the dues if you still need to pay them.

Reminder for the homeowners that have not paid their 2026 HOA Dues. The dues MUST be postmarked by June1 in order to avoid additional fees. There will also be some directors at the pond building Saturday May 30th from 10:00 to 12:00 if you would like to pay in person. If you enjoy the walking trail or even the flowers at the entrances all this money from your dues helps pay for these items plus more that you may or not see.

Well hello OWE. Our directors will be at the pond building on Saturday from 10 am till 12 pm collecting dues and also if you want to help stuff Easter Eggs just show up at the pond building at the same times.

Do you still need to pay your HOA Dues the directors will be at the pond area building from 10:00 to 12:00 this Saturday morning. If you want to pay with a check this is your opportunity to save a stamp and to also pay your dues and meet the directors.

🚧 NOTICE: ODOT PROJECT - TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE

S. Douglas Blvd. will be closed in both directions between SE 29th St. and Renny Rd. (see map) starting Sunday, Feb. 15 at 6 a.m. and may be closed thru Monday (Presidents Day, Feb. 16), until midnight on Tuesday morning (Feb. 17).

This is a correction to our earlier post that stated the closure could possibly last until late Sunday night. To clarify, this closure could possibly extend into late Monday night (Presidents Day, Feb. 16), ending at midnight on Tuesday morning (Feb. 17).

➡️ I-40 onramps and offramps (eastbound & westbound) at S. Douglas Blvd. will also be closed during this time. SSM Health can still be accessed from the south utilizing Douglas Blvd.

This project includes removing temporary asphalt pavement and installing the permanent top asphalt lift on S. Douglas Blvd.

Please plan ahead and use alternate routes. Thank you for your patience!
