💙🤍 LEADERSHIP, LEARNING & SISTERHOOD!🤍💙

This weekend, Xi Nu Zeta was in the building for the 3rd Joint Oklahoma State Leadership Meeting with our brothers of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Inc. — and we came ready to **LEARN, LEAD & HANDLE BUSINESS!** 👏🏾

✨ **A few highlights from the weekend:**

🎀 We put our creativity to work as members of the Decorating Committee!

💰 Soror Tara L. R. Jones led an AMAZING breakout session on Financial Health, giving us plenty to think about when it comes to building and protecting our financial futures.

🧠 Mr. Norman Markland led a powerful conversation on Mental Health and the importance of making wellness part of the work.

🏛️ Keynote Speaker Representative Aleta Timmons shared insights on Navigating the Political Landscape and staying engaged in the communities we serve.

📋 And YES… we handled the business of Zeta at the state level! Because leadership means showing up, staying informed, and doing the work.

From professional development to meaningful conversations, fellowship, and state-level business, this weekend was a reminder that there’s always more to learn, more to do, and more ways to serve.

And Xi Nu Zeta is ready! 💙🤍

Zeta Business. State Business. Community Business. WE’RE ABOUT ALL OF IT! 💪🏾

Then, we wrapped the week up welcoming the newest members of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Inc. and celebrating with the brothers and sisters of the D9.
