Cookies, cupcakes and decorations, oh MY! Our High Howler event is starting to take shape. We will have cookies and cupcakes to decorate for and by the kids so guardians can enjoy HIGH FITNESS Tonight! 6:30pm - 8:30pm with Pop Up class High Fitness with Chelsea in Gym #1 starting at 7:15pm. WE WELCOME ALL NON- MEMBERS for this event.

Members and non-members are welcome to this class. Work out to all your favorite "Howling Music" of the season... Invite ALL! Parents and guardians, we will have fun activities for the kids while you enjoy High Fitness. Come dressed in your favorite costume. Event starts at 6:30 pm - class will start 7:15 pm - 8:15 pm while wrapping up the evening at 8:30 pm. Chelsea will be available before class to answer and questions or to apply modifications.
