Saved Souls Dog Rescue, Inc. We are a multi-breed dog rescue in NE Ohio that rescues dogs and puppies from high kill shelters. Saved Souls Dog Rescue Inc. is a multi-breed dog rescue.

We take in dogs from high kill shelters as well as owner surrenders. We fully vet the dogs including, but not limited to, vet visits, age appropriate vaccinations, microchipping and spay/neuter. After vetting and behavior testing, the dogs are available for adoption. Available dogs will be posted on our petfinder. We are a non-profit, 501c3 rescue and any and all donations are appreciated. We appreciate support and always look out for the health and happiness of our pups!

In all the craziness going on here I completely forgot to post this AMAZING news. Joe, who was born with us in January 2025, FINALLY found his forever home! Finalized last Sunday he is living his best life with two new fur siblings in New York! He is so loved and I could not be happier for him and his new family!

✨ Meet Angel ✨

Angel is a 4-year-old husky searching for her forever family — and honestly, we can’t believe she’s still available. This girl is the total package 🩶

✔️ Spayed
✔️ Microchipped
✔️ Up to date on vetting
✔️ House trained
✔️ Crate trained

Angel absolutely adores people. Men, women, kids — she loves everyone she meets. She’s also good with other dogs, though she plays like an overexcited toddler with zero concept of personal space 😅 so she’d do best with a laid-back dog friend who can match her goofy energy.

She is a HARD NO for cats. Because of her prey drive, a home without small animals (rabbits, ferrets, chickens, etc.) would be best.

Angel would thrive in a home with another dog or with someone home often. She gets bored easily and, like many huskies, may entertain herself in ways you probably won’t appreciate (yard adventures, chewing things, redecorating 🙃).

Now for the shocking part… she is a QUIET husky. No barking, no talking, no dramatic singing solos. A unicorn husky, honestly.

She hates baths with every fiber of her being… but will happily launch herself into puddles or a backyard pool without hesitation 😂

Angel is sweet, beautiful, affectionate, funny, and full of personality. She deserves a family that will love her as much as she’ll love them.

Looking for immediate foster availability for a returning dog. 3yo pittie mix. She was adopted 3 years ago as a puppy and is being returned due to divorce. Please reach out asap if you can help.
The following information has been provided:
• When: as soon as possible
• Other animals: good with the dog she resides with - has not been exposed to others, has not had cat interaction
• People: loves kids, nervous with men (cowers down, non-aggressive)
• Training: crate and house trained
• Vetting: spayed, up to date on shots / HW, Flea, Tick Prevention / microchipped
• Behavior: no bite history

Angel is still looking for her furever home. 🥹 She’s such a great girl who loves every person and child she has met! She’s very submissive with other dogs but a playmate closer to her size would be good (she gets mouthy with small dogs). She cannot go to a home with cats or small animals (ferrets, chinchillas, rabbits, probably chickens, etc) as she does have quite a prey drive for small animas. Shes quiet, crate trained and loves walks and car rides. And shes around 55-60 # now that shes not nursing babies and has put on some healthy weight! Someone adopt this sweet baby! 🥰

We are still searching for a volunteer to handle our website stuff. We utilize the GoDaddy platform so knowledge with that would be ideal but it’s very user friendly so not entirely necessary. I’ve reached out to a few tech program teachers in our area to inquire about them utilizing the opportunity for teaching but still would like to have other options. Please let us know if you’d like to help 🙂
