On Saturday, October 17, we're celebrating Miami and it's unique sound! 🎶

Groove Together is a celebration of Miami's sound that brings generations and musical traditions together as one community. Our Vocal Youth Miami singers and special guest artists are taking the stage to share the rhythms, languages, and stories that make this city feel like home.
When you join us, you're doing more than watching a concert. You're cheering on young artists, celebrating the cultures we call ours, and helping keep music alive for the next generation.
So bring your abuelita, bring your kids, bring your friends, and come groove with us.

🩵💜🎶 Prelude is our ensemble for students in 3rd–5th grade, it's a place to grow as a singer, build confidence, make new friends, and experience the joy of making music together.

With three locations across Miami-Dade, families can find a Vocal Youth Miami community that works for them.

Join Vocal Youth Miami, Miamibloco, Miami Sound Choir, Amazonia Vocal Ensemble, Miami Senior High, and composer Nancy Luzko for a vibrant, intergenerational celebration of Miami's rhythms, voices, and cultures, all in one unforgettable concert!

The night ends with an exhilarating finale led by Miamibloco's bateria, carrying the celebration beyond the stage and sending us out together in rhythm. 🥁

We’re looking for a Teaching Assistant to work with our young singers, 3rd-5th grade at Redland Elementary.

If you love working with young children, have a heart for music and education, and want to help create a fun, encouraging environment where young voices can grow, we’d love to hear from you! 💜

Happy National Arts Education Week! 🎶 We’re proud to help young people connect through the arts, and to celebrate creativity across Miami-Dade.

Arts education is about so much more than learning notes, rhythms, or how to perform. It gives young people a place to discover their voice, express who they are, build confidence, create meaningful friendships, and experience the power of making something together.
