Today, we’re celebrating 3 years of service and Breakthroughs with Beandys De Los Santos, Breakthrough Miami Site Director! 🎉

Beandys has brought purpose, energy, and lots of “breakalicious” spirit to our Miami Country Day School site. From leading school-year and Summer Institute programming to supporting our Scholars, Teaching Fellows, AmeriCorps Members, Instructional Coaches, and Changemakers, Beandys has helped create an environment where our Village can learn, lead, and GROW. 💡

Beandys' thoughtful leadership, genuine care for others, and the meaningful relationships she has built have strengthened our Village for years to come. We couldn’t be more grateful to have her on our DREAM TEAM. 💙

We salute Beandys' three years of service, heart, and SPIRIT. Here's to even more Breakthroughs still ahead! 👏

This year, we're counting on our Breakthrough Miami Village once again to turn our 35 YEARS OF BREAKTHROUGHS into one BIG celebration of movement, community, and POSSIBILITY. A new school year is here, and our Scholars are ready for their next assignment! ✏️

Six weeks of rigorous learning, leadership, and Breakthrough SPIRIT have given our Scholars a STRONG academic foundation, greater confidence, and the skills to take on what's next.

As our Scholars head back to school, we will be right by their side with continued programming, academic advising, and a whole community rooting them on as they navigate the year ahead. Saturday programming will kick off soon, giving Scholars more opportunities throughout the school year to learn, connect, lead, and GROW. 💡

Here's to a school year filled with big goals, bold moves, breakthrough moments, and plenty of "breakalicious" SPIRIT! 🤩
