🎤 Meet one of our 2026 Annual Conference speakers: Mark McClanahan!

Mark McClanahan is President & CEO of Mosby Building Arts, a full-service design-build remodeling company serving the St. Louis area for nearly 80 years. Since joining Mosby in 2010, Mark has helped lead the company to record-setting revenue and profit while building a culture that has earned Mosby recognition as a St. Louis Top Workplace for 12 consecutive years.

With nearly 30 years of experience in leadership development, business planning, technology integration, and team performance, Mark brings a wealth of knowledge to this year’s Annual Conference. He is a frequent industry speaker, has presented on AI implementation with organizations and peer groups across the remodeling industry, and is the author of the upcoming book B+P=R: The Formula Behind Every Result You’ve Ever Earned.

🏙️ Meet one of our 2026 Annual Conference speakers: Kansas City Manager Mario Vasquez!

With more than 28 years of experience in city government, Mario Vasquez brings a unique perspective on the growth, development, and future of Kansas City.

Mario began his career with the City in 1997 and has served in leadership roles across planning and development before becoming City Manager. Today, he oversees a $2.5 billion budget and nearly 5,000 employees, with a focus on housing, infrastructure investment, economic development, and improving public services throughout Kansas City.

Known for his collaborative approach and practical problem-solving, Mario brings extensive knowledge of the opportunities and challenges shaping our community — and we're excited to bring that perspective to this year's Annual Conference.

🔨 Our Field Training Series is officially underway!

Thank you to everyone who joined us for Wall in the Fall: Wall Framing 101, the first session in our new Field Training Series!

Attendees got out of the classroom and into the field for hands-on instruction, working through the fundamentals of wall framing and putting those skills into practice alongside fellow remodeling professionals.

A special thank you to Black Oak Construction for hosting us and sharing their time, knowledge, and expertise. Your support helped make the first session of this new series a great one!

🔧 And we're just getting started! Our next session, Wall in the Fall: Plumbing 101, is coming up on November 4th! Join us for another hands-on learning opportunity as we explore plumbing and mechanicals, industry standards, and practical tips from local professionals.
