Door Creek Church in the Madison area of Wisconsin saved money by refinancing with CIF and is aggressively paying down its mortgage. “Another church’s dollars helped us and now our dollars are helping other churches,” said Leigh Feldmann, Door Creek director of operations. The church is on a path to debt freedom and CIF rejoices with them!

Faith Evangelical Free Church in Sparta, Wisconsin added a hospitality room, commercial kitchen, larger restrooms, an elevator, and other improvements to its facility. A CIF capital campaign and church loan provided most of the $1.6 million needed for the project. “CIF gave us very good advice upfront with how best to communicate the need, and in a way that prayerfully prompts a commitment of giving,” said Senior Pastor Brian Young.

A beautiful “band of brothers” (and sisters) in the capital of Pennsylvania are experiencing real fellowship and great love as they create a new church space made possible by a church loan from Christian Investors Financial (CIF).

That’s how Pastor Wayne Lowe describes the projects that ensued at Road to Emmaus Church. The congregation of about 70 took possession of a 121-year-old church building in a village of Harrisburg. Tearing it down to the studs, it will be all new inside.

“When this building opened up, God opened up all the doors, like every single one, and there was a rightness about it,” said Pastor Wayne. “Your timing, with CIF coming alongside us, was part of that divine timing that that we just feel so good about, so confident, so peaceful about.”

CIF partnered with Park Hills Church - Winnebago Campus for a capital campaign and church loan to greatly expand its Winnebago, Ill. campus and improve its larger campus in Freeport. “All along the way, CIF had everything we needed for the financing and guidance to put everything together,” said Executive Pastor Rich Graham at Park Hills Church - Freeport.
